RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Managing Director with scheduling and daily coordination.
- Maintain internal communication and follow-ups across teams.
- Manage tools like Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Salesforce, and Zip.
- Track tasks, processes, and approvals in Jira.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, and payments.
- Organize meetings, take notes, and manage internal documentation.
- Help plan team events and prepare reports.
- Work with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to streamline operations.
- Identify and resolve workflow issues.
- Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations or administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other business tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in tech or gaming is a plus.
