FE Medical Center is a multi-specialty healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional medical care to our community. We are opening a new location in Palm Beach and are seeking a driven Outreach Coordinator to help recruit new patients and expand our reach in the community.
Position Overview:
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for recruiting new patients by engaging directly with the community, building relationships with local organizations, and promoting FE Medical Center’s services. This includes in-person outreach, cold calling, and using social media platforms to connect with potential patients and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit new patients through community outreach, presentations, events, and direct contact.
· Conduct cold calls to potential patients and referral sources.
· Use social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) to promote services, engage with potential patients, and generate leads.
· Develop relationships with community organizations, senior centers, local businesses, and healthcare providers.
· Distribute marketing materials and share information about FE Medical Center’s services.
· Meet and exceed monthly patient recruitment and outreach goals.
· Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, calls, and social media activity.
· Represent FE Medical Center at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
· Experience in sales, outreach, or patient recruitment (healthcare background preferred).
· Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations both in person and online.
· Strong social media skills for marketing and engagement.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Self-motivated and results driven.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel within Palm Beach County required).
