Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with qualified homeowners in the Charlotte area
- Deliver a structured professional sales presentation
- Present CHR in a positive and professional manner
- Execute a contract for windows, doors and baths
- Meet and exceed sales expectations set by the company
Qualifications and Skills
The Candidate should have:
- Experience in outside Sales and a degree is preferable but not mandatory
- The ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong work ethic, discipline
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong desire to succeed, must be teachable
