Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Present and sell roofing products and services to new and existing residential customers
- Prospect for new leads and manage your customer pipeline
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or issues quickly
- Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments with potential clients
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Door to door sales will be important when necessary (storm hits, slow season, etc)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus (currently use jobnimbus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong time management
- Reliable transportation for travel to appointments
- Willingness to learn and apply Ohio Roofing Solutions' proven sales process

Schedule
- Full-time
- Flexible hours - Monday mandatory meeting, Mon-Fri run appointments onsite
- Some weekend availability may be required
Work Location
- Primarily field-based throughout Ohio
- Travel to customer homes for assessments and consultations
