Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of B2B, D2D dynamics, along with the ability to analyze market trends to identify potential leads.
Duties
- Conduct door 2 door sales
- Engage in upselling strategies to maximize revenue
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to align efforts and share insights on customer feedback.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to enhance sales tactics.
- Utilize CRM and Apps while in the field
- Help home owners call in insurance claims
- Determine if the property has storm damage
Skills
- Strong upselling abilities with a focus on maximizing customer value.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and product specifications.
- Ability to analyze market data effectively to identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience in B2B and D2D sales environments, demonstrating an understanding of needs

Pay: $88,321.53 - $106,365.72 per year
