Pack Out Inspector- 2nd shift

Job Title: Pack Out Inspector- 2nd shift

Department: Post Production

Reports to: Post Production Manager

Pay Range: $20-21 (dependent on experience)

Job Summary: Pack out inspectors are responsible for ensuring finished product meets the required quality standards before it gets to the customer.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Perform inspections during final pack out process

· Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications

· Develop and maintain inspection reports

· Collect and record quality data

· Package finished product pallets in adherence to quality standards

· Record and track status of open production orders

· Ensure orders completed correctly before shipped to customers

· Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement processes accordingly

· Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects

· Communicate quality and compliance concerns with urgency

· Serve as a subject matter expert

· Answer employee questions and provide education as needed

· Adhere to established safety protocols

· Other jobs as assigned

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

Licensure/Certifications:

· Forklift Operator (will train qualified applicant)

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, carry, and manipulate various items

· Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently

· Frequently required to stand and walk

· Occasionally required to sit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
