Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preparation and presentation of salads, appetizers, cold dishes, and desserts.
- Work the pantry station efficiently during service.
- Create visually appealing dessert plate-ups and culinary displays.
- Develop and execute on-the-spot menu items with creativity and confidence.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the pantry station.
- Train and guide pantry team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in presentation.
- Self-starter with a passion for creativity and culinary excellence.
- Experience in a country club, yacht club, or fine dining establishment is a plus.
