Overview: We are seeking a skilled Quickbooks Accountant to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various accounting functions and possess excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting in QuickBooks for Contractors (AP, AR, payroll, job costing).
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheets).
- Track budgets, project costs, and vendor payments.
- Support project managers and leadership with financial insights.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks for Contractors (required).
- Construction accounting experience (job costing, retention, WIP).
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
