on Cleaning Specialist
We are a Michigan-based, operated short-term rental company looking to add a couple dependable, self-motivated individuals to our cleaning team. This position will be primarily on a weekly basis, and or weekend and holidays. Weekend availability is a must!!! We offer on-the-job training with an immediate start. Must be detail-oriented and can work with integrity.
Most jobs will typically be between 10-4, in the Harbor Springs area. The applicant must have a smartphone to view schedules and a driver's license with an insured vehicle to travel to each property.
Each job will require extensive cleaning, (including multiple loads of laundry) to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our next client. Time spent at each location will usually be 1-6 hours.
-laundry (multiple loads)
-kitchen (inside of appliances, drawers, cupboards)
-bathrooms
-sweep, vacuum, mop
-tidy all furniture/decor
-making beds
-wiping/dusting all surfaces
-take out the trash
-Sanitize all high touch points
-restock supplies
-report any issues
-document finished unit with photos
***This is a W-2 position and we pay bi-weekly***
