- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and customers.
- Provide feedback to staff and fellow managers to improve on productivity and enhance company processes.
- Have a strong ability to identify issues, analyze situations, brainstorm solutions and implement the best course of action aligning with company policies and procedures.
