Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: Flat Roof Pros Inc. – Auburn, WA (On-Site)
Schedule:
- Hours: 20–30 hours per week
- Workdays: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $20.50 – $21.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Position Overview:
Flat Roof Pros Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our administrative team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and file receipts, invoices, and other financial documents
- Assist with invoice preparation and distribution
- Process warranty requests and maintain accurate records
- Perform data entry and keep internal systems up to date
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
