JOB DESCRIPTION
Hattiesburg Helath and Rehab is looking for a Office assistant to perform administrative and routine clerical tasks. Their responsibilities may include organizing and managing files, acting as receptionist, scheduling meetings and appointments, interviews, and supporting other staff with organizational tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be fluent in communication and English
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Must be 18+ average
- Strong organizational skills
Attributes Desired:
- We need someone that could work Monday through Wednesday from 8am to 5 pm.
- Outstanding communication skills with patients and families as well as fellow co-workers. The desire to work for a company that is committed to quality care in a friendly and teamwork oriented environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members. Proficient at utilizing technology such as Outlook, Excel, & Word.
- Experience and Qualifications, Previous hands-on work experience in an receptionist setting (Desired but not required.)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
