Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate / Blending Technician to support the production and distribution of high-quality animal supplements. Responsibilities include measuring, blending, and packaging powdered ingredients, fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict quality and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurately measure and blend powdered ingredients per formulations
· Package, label, and store finished products
· Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies
· Wear and maintain PPE for personal and product safety
· Maintain clean equipment and sanitary workspaces
· Keep accurate production and inventory records
· Pick, pack, and ship orders
· Receive, organize, and store incoming stock
· Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
· Assist with cycle counts and inventory management
· Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
· Communicate clearly with supervisors
Qualifications
· Prior blending or warehouse experience a plus (training provided)
· Reliable, timely, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
· Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely
· Comfortable wearing PPE when required and working in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
· Basic computer skills (training for specific software provided)
· Able to maintain confidentiality and quality standards
Work Environment
· Hands-on, production-focused role
· Exposure to powdered materials and occasional dust (PPE required)
· Involves standing, lifting, and bending throughout shift
· Work takes place in warehouse, cleanroom, and office area
