Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and efficient Parts Specialist to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service.
Responsibilities:
- Recommend appropriate trailer parts based on customer needs and specifications.
- Accurately receive, inspect, and unpack incoming parts.
- Verify compatibility of parts with customer requirements.
- Provide clear and helpful installation guidance to customers.
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently, including resolving challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
