Responsibilities

- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal for customer satisfaction.
- Assist in food production and preparation for catering events or restaurant service.
- Package baked goods for sale or distribution while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons regarding pastry offerings and special requests.
Experience
- Proven experience in pastry preparation, baking, or culinary arts within a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience with cake decorating techniques and creativity in dessert presentation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food production processes, including packaging and catering services.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen equipment related to baking and pastry-making.
