Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Verify insurance coverage and collect copayments
- Complete pre-intake documentation accurately and efficiently
- Process insurance prior authorizations
- Confirm and Schedule patient appointments
- Cross-train for front office duties to support team flexibility
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to promote patient-centered care
