Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals for the position of Paving and Seal Coating. This role involves working on various construction sites to ensure the proper installation and maintenance of paved surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in paving and seal coating, and will be comfortable operating heavy machinery.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as concrete mixers, dump trucks, and other commercial vehicles to transport materials to job sites.
- Assist in the installation of asphalt and seal coating on driveways, parking lots, and roadways.
- Prepare surfaces by digging, grading, and leveling areas as needed for paving projects.
- Ensure proper concrete finishing techniques are applied for a smooth and durable surface.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe construction site.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.
Experience
- Previous experience in paving, seal coating, or related construction work is preferred.
- Familiarity with concrete pumping techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to paving and seal coating processes.
