We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team in a multifaceted role supporting payroll, accounts payable, and medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll:
- Process bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Address employee questions regarding pay, timekeeping, and benefits
Accounts Payable:
- Review, verify, and process invoices and vendor payments
- Reconcile statements and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end procedures
Medical Records:
- Organize and maintain resident medical records in compliance with HIPAA
- Support clinical staff with documentation and record requests
- Ensure timely filing and accuracy of medical documentation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- Experience in payroll, accounts payable, and/or medical records (healthcare setting preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
