Brief Outline of Duties:
1. Supervise all aspects of the Recovery-based LTSR Program
2. Order equipment, furniture and therapeutic materials within the allocated budget
3. Screening and assessment of new referrals from outside facilities
4. Assignment of new residents to Primary Therapist and Psychiatrists
5. Maintenance of daily electronic health records by all LTSR staff
6. Routine auditing of Electronic Health Records in coordination with Quality improvement and MIS team
7. Responsible for ensuring that all resident records and healthcare information is always kept strictly confidential and protected
8. Act as liaison between LTSR and inter/intra agency communications
9. Design and implement all aspects of the LTSR Therapeutic Recovery Program
10. Formulate and submit quarterly budget reports
11. Interview new candidates for recruiting purposes in conjunction with CATCH HR Department
12. Monitor staff trainings and education on a monthly ongoing basis
13. Coordinate all nursing and psychiatry components of the program
14. Oversee that LTSR Staff/Treatment Team receive Recovery training on an ongoing basis and that all in-services given are evidence-based practices
15. All other duties as assigned by the Mental Health Director
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A Master’s Degree in one of the Social Sciences with at least five years supervisory experience, two of which must be management of a residential site. Excellent assessment and communication skills, plus the ability to work with outside agencies and regulatory officials.
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE (IF APPLICABLE)
Must have an acceptable PA criminal history, FBI clearance and Child Abuse clearance done prior to hire.
