Personal Banker II - could be scheduled at any of our locations: Carlyle, Aviston & St. Rose
Job duties include, but not limited to:
· Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.
· Create a welcoming and friendly experience for all customers.
· Develop a rapport with the customer base, greet by/use name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude.
· Provide excellent customer care promptly and efficiently to customers regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution, in accordance with Bank policies.
· Answers telephones, answer questions and directs callers to proper Bank personnel.
· Perform the transactions of a teller such as accepting deposits and loan payments, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks within limits and obtaining further authorization when necessary, issuing cashier checks and redeeming savings bonds.
· Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions
· Reconcile cash and all other transactions and prepare reports each day.
· Maintain and balance ATM and vault, adhering to policy limits.
· Originate wire transfers timely and accurately.
· Perform a wide range of services related to deposit account opening, servicing and maintenance, debit cards, HSAs, IRAs, stop payments and all other account related services for new and existing accounts.
· Perform maintenance on accounts and cross check setup and maintenance.
· Determine when to ask for support when meeting customer needs.
· Proactively educate customers on utilizing all available access channels.
· Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered to promote and advise customers and potential customers.
· Listen for opportunities and refer to other areas of the Bank.
· Stay informed of job-related issues, bank promotions, changes in products, services, policies and procedures.
· Timely completion of all assigned training activities.
· Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures.
· Demonstrate sound judgement within established limits.
· Respect co-workers and management.
· Contribute a positive work environment.
