Responsibilities
- Develop customized training programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments to track client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Assist in inventory management of fitness supplies and equipment.
- Engage with clients through effective phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance training development initiatives.
- Promote fitness programs and services, utilizing effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Manage scheduling efficiently to ensure optimal use of time for both trainers and clients.
Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized personal training organization is required.
- Previous experience in personal training or related fields is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles related to fitness program management is a plus.
- Experience in sales or marketing within the fitness industry is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when needed.
