Job Description
We are hiring for 2026
HydraForce’s internship program is designed to develop future Planning and Scheduling professionals while providing meaningful support to our Production Planning team. This internship offers hands-on experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination, helping interns build both technical and professional skills. Project assignments will grow in complexity as proficiency is demonstrated. Although there is no guarantee of employment, our goal is to prepare interns to step into an entry-level Planning/Scheduling role upon graduation.
Supporting Job Elements:
- Support daily production scheduling activities, including work order creation, tracking, and adjustments
- Assist with capacity planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, materials, and customer service) to ensure production schedules align with business priorities
- Gather, validate, and analyze scheduling data to identify gaps and recommend adjustments
- Maintain and update ERP planning/scheduling parameters to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance scheduling, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery performance
- Create ad hoc reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to support planning decisions

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a college undergraduate program related to Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel focus preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and motivated
Additional Information
The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $24 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific hourly range during the interview process.
