What Makes You a Great Fit?
We’re looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a specialty practice environment.
✨ 3+ years of orthodontic or dental specialty management experience
✨ AA degree in business or healthcare management preferred (but not required)
✨ Strong knowledge of insurance, treatment scheduling, and compliance
✨ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✨ Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage clinical workflows with ease
