POSITION AVAILABLE: PreSchool Teacher & Child Care Director (Ages 3)
POSITION OPENING: Monday, July 28, 2025
SCHEDULE: 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday in keeping with academic schedule. FULL-TIME. (30 Min Break)
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Teacher is responsible for the health and safety of children, including maintaining all state licensing standards. They properly supervise children, manage the classroom - including its orderly appearance - implement curriculum, treat all children with dignity and respect, model good social skills and promote positive parent-teacher relationships.
REQUIREMENTS: Communicating effectively and clearly with students, parents, and staff, working both independently and with the team to ensure success; strong classroom management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have the following;
- Early Literacy Training (5 Hours)
- 40 Hours DCF Child Care Training
- Proven experience teaching, following lesson plans and managing a classroom.
BENEFITS / COMPENSATION: Benefits and compensation include:
- Hourly Rate is negotiable between $20.00 and $23.00, per hour
- Signing Bonus of $1,000 after 90 days
