As an HR Product Delivery Manager, Vice President within the Employee Development and Progression team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the successful delivery of various HR products focused on education and performance. You will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, effective risk management, and alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise in project management and cross-functional collaboration will be key to achieving our mission of empowering employees to reach their full potential. You will lead the charge in ensuring seamless delivery and go-to-market strategies for our innovative HR learning and performance products and solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Assist in leading the kick-off, planning, execution, and delivery of HR products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers as well as data specialists and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure user engagement, awareness, adoption, and to understand success metrics as well as areas of improvement and innovation.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage the group’s risk and control book of work.
- Manage the stakeholders map, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Develop strategies to maximize the value of the Delivery Team for the broader Employee Development and Progression Team.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Product Management or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within HR or employee development.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
