Job Summary:

This job participates in product discovery, acts as a product evangelist, collaborates with stakeholders, utilizes data analysis, coordinates merchant communication, establishes operational procedures, communicates with stakeholders, solves customer problems, builds analytical solutions, and works with lead product managers.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the product discovery/build requirements as well as see through that it is successfully deployed
  • Act as a product evangelist to socialize the insights as well as gather feedback to make your product effective for all the users
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to solve complex merchant issues
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to make informed decisions
  • Coordinate, write, and action merchant communication and follow-up
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish operational procedures and provide supporting documentation
  • Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, including merchants if necessary
  • Understand business needs and solve customer problems
  • Build analytical product/platform solutions; explore data to find actionable insights
  • Work with the Lead Product Manager to understand the problem space

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Recent Graduate Position Information and Requirements:
  • This is a Recent Graduate Full-Time position.

  • Must have graduated within the past 12 months, or will be graduating by Spring 2026, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university.

  • Must reside in the U.S.

  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
