Tasks You’ll Undertake:

• Mastering the operation of advanced machinery including fillers and labelers.
• Maintaining and repairing equipment for efficiency.
• Managing equipment transitions with thorough clean-outs and changeovers.
• Recording precise product details into SAP, ensuring document accuracy.
• Engaging in routine maintenance checks with mechanical teams.
• Monitoring product quality checks, codes, and label placements.
• Setting the standard in hygiene, organization, and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Guiding colleagues and occasionally stepping into leadership roles.

Desirable Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (a bonus point).
• 2+ years in the manufacturing or production domain preferable.
• Expertise in SOPs, Work Instructions, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Superior communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and HMI systems is beneficial.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs periodically.
• Endurance to stand long hours near active equipment.
• Prepared to don PPE including hairnets, safety glasses, and closed-toe shoes.
