Exciting Opportunity: Program Coordinator and Resource Navigator
Your Impact:
The Program Coordinator is well-versed in accessible and affordable home modifications supporting individuals with disabilities and older adults to remain in their homes throughout the Commonwealth. The Program Coordinator works with the Program Manager to network and build partnerships with disability & advocacy organizations, social service providers, home environment assessors & occupational therapists, landlords & property managers, construction contractors, as well as other community stakeholders.
This role consists of receiving, reviewing, and approving necessary programmatic documentation to ensure adherence to local/state/federal program guidelines. In addition, to ensure compliance with funding requirements, the coordinator performs on-going intake and data collection. This includes ongoing analysis and updates of the designated management system for work completed by the Home Modifications team.
This role will also provide critical resource navigation support to applicants of the IHMI program. This may include coordination with other service providers, resource sharing, and making referrals to appropriate community resources. This position supports the continued success of Inglis’ Home Modification Programming.
What You'll Do:

Support the growth of the Home Modifications team, including the Home
Modifications Manager and SDHP Director, by actively participating in team meetings, planning sessions, and evaluation efforts. - Liaise with designated assessors & contractors to ensure they are adhering to the specifications and terms of the partnership agreements.

Maintain participant management record systems including, but not limited to,
assisting with accurate data entry and supporting appropriate record keeping
processes in all systems HMI uses. - Ensure Home Modification Participant intake procedures are conducted in accordance with Inglis service delivery policy and procedures, and as required assist other team members with these processes.
- Establish and maintain customer files and ensure all information is uploaded in a timely manner to a designated online file management system (OneDrive, Teams, etc.).

Receive and review contractor bids and determine approval of projects in
coordination with Home Modification Manager
What We're Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree recommended

Professional experience providing services to people with disabilities in community-based programs or
experience with home modification programs providing quality control. - Must possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrate the ability to understand, interpret and uphold Inglis policies and core values.
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience in home modification or rehabilitation projects or programs
- Experience providing services to people with disabilities and/or older adults
- Experience with state/federal grant implementation, competent in navigation of state/federal regulations and processes
- Experience in compliance monitoring
- Experience in tracking and reporting data elements
Pay Rate for this Role: $25-$30/ hour
