Job Description
Position Purpose:
The Project Engineer has primary responsibilities of providing engineering support on various projects.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Aid in the day-to-day QA/QC and Testing of Equipment and Systems.
- Update and create CAD drawings necessary for the site.
- Review project drawings, documents, and submittals.
- Update Testing scripts and criteria to match equipment or systems.
- Perform job duties as assigned by the managers.
- Handle special projects related to Operations.
- Perform Project Engineering duties on site as required.
Work Environment:
- Able to travel globally.
- This position will require work in an office and a construction site/industrial facility environment.
- Ability to work in extreme climate conditions (rain, wind, snow, ice, heat).
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
- Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited university.
- Ability to create and revise CAD drawings.
- Ability to learn Building Management Systems / Controls.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to work closely within a team environment.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to complete and manage projects.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stay on feet for several hours during the day, walking through construction site.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally Ability to climb ladders, climb on equipment.
- Ability to work in a confined space (with proper training and safe work practices).
Additional Information
Pay Range: $90000 to $110000 per year.
