Colony Services, LLC is seeking an Estimator for projects throughout Austin, Texas and surrounding cities. Candidate must have an understanding of all building trades materials and methods, residential construction experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
* Attend and conduct job assessments.
* Participate in preparing estimates for projects.
* Draft Owner/Client contracts.
* Generate action item list and follow through to completion
* Interact with owners, property adjusters, property managers, and trades people on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Flexible with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently
- Residential construction knowledge
- Xactimate knowledge a must
- Insurance claims process knowledge a must
- Dependable, punctual, professional attitude, people-oriented, detailed-oriented, and an eagerness to learn

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
