Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Janitorial Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role requires expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring throughout the project management lifecycle.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate meetings with COA management to discuss project updates, risks, and resolutions.
- Manage project operation and employees.
- Perform monthly visits with all tenants to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts related to project deliverables.
Experience
- Demonstrated ability in team management and conflict resolution within diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
