We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of roofing systems, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
This position includes a company truck for traveling to and from job sites.

What You'll Do
Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to safety standards, budgets, and timelines.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including budgets, reports, and change orders.
Conduct regular site visits.
Requirements:
1-2 years of project management experience in the commercial roofing or construction industry. Commercial Roofing experience preferred.
Knowledge of roofing systems preferred (single-ply, metal, etc.).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and meet insurance standards.
