A nationally recognized Property Management company is looking for an exceptional Property Manager. The position requires a strong leader that can handle new construction demands and leasing for the property, excellent marketing skills, communicate well with ownership and can build and manage a team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a community or property.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly

- Manage team Leasing and Maintenance Team Members.

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for the property, ensuring timely completion

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance or safety issues

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident leases, payments, and maintenance requests

- Assist with the leasing process, including showing available units, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements

- Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery

- Implement and enforce community rules and regulations

- Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite) for data entry, reporting, and record keeping

Experience:

- 3 years’ previous experience in customer relationship management within a property management setting

- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures

- Proficient in data entry and record keeping

- Familiarity with facilities management principles

- Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus

- Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Bachelor's degree preferred
