Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to support environmental monitoring activities in a regulated cleanroom environment. This role involves routine sampling, accurate data entry, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. A strong understanding of aseptic techniques and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring of production cleanrooms, including during aseptic processing and media fills, using:
- Non-viable particle counters
- Contact plates
- Microbial air samplers
- Perform utility sampling (e.g., WFI, purified water, compressed gases) using appropriate monitoring equipment
- Read and enumerate microbial plates
- Accurately enter data into tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with ICH, GMP, and safety regulations
- Promptly report unexpected results, deviations, or equipment issues to management
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique
- Prior leadership experience is preferred

Additional Details:
The position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday from 8 am-4:30pm. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of West Chestr, PAare encouraged to apply.
