Job Description – Quality Assurance Team Member- Bilingual English - Spanish
JOB SUMMARY
Job Title: Quality Control
Reports to: Floor Manager
Location: Tacoma, WA
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for counting, boxing, and checking the quality of all orders being sent to retailers. Close attention to details and quality of products is essential to this role.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Count all orders to a manifest quickly and accurately.
· Box all orders to load onto a delivery vehicle, while checking quality of the products.
· Assist delivery drivers in locating products for stores they will be delivering too.
· Following up with team members that packaged a product that does not meet QA standards.
· Participates in weighing, assembling and packaging various forms of cannabis products including but not limited to flowers, pre-rolls and oil concentrates as needed.
· Flexibility and positive outlook towards other tasks as assigned, job duties may change based on shifting company priorities
· Must be a self-motivated to stay on task, as well as help in other areas of the facility if current on workload.
· Must be a team player and show willingness to learn and adapt.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This job can have a high amount of noise with music, machinery and talking. May require prolonged sitting/standing and repetitive movements. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
COMPENSATION DISCLOSURES
· Pay : $20.00 to start dependent upon qualifications (opportunity of increments for performance)
· PTO/Sick Leave: Earn 80 hours of sick and PTO combined. One hour of sick leave will accrue for every 40 hours worked, and remaining hours will fall into a PTO bank.
· Medical and Dental Benefits available on the first of the month, following your 60th day of employment

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
