Dans Door Repair is seeking a Full Time Quote and Billing Specialist
This is a Monday thru Friday full time position at 15027 N Cave Creek Rd in Phoenix AZ 85032. Pay is based on experience. If you do have any glass, door or locksmithing office experience it would be a plus.
We are a very fast paced office and this position would include both billing jobs out and also providing quotes for any work needed or any additional work needed. All jobs vary so you would need to be able to pick up on details, follow up with the technicians and be able to find and identify various parts. This is an ever changing industry so there is a lot to learn and a lot to keep busy with!
Due to the amount of knowledge to learn we are looking for someone interested in longevity. This is not for someone looking for a short term job.
Ideal candidate needs to be a self starter, able to learn on the job as they go, be able to communicate with other office staff and technicians to obtain information to quote and invoice all jobs. Attention to detail is a must, and must be able to grasp concepts easily.
