We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced operations. This role will manage daily office tasks, handle real estate-specific administrative duties, assist the principle broker, and provide support for our agents and auctions. The ideal candidate will have office administration experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn real estate and auction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Log and track client communications, calls, and emails via our Customer Resource Management platform
- Assisting the Principal Broker with day-to-day tasks
- Provide general support to agents and leadership staff
- Handle physical and electronic filing, ensuring accurate records
- Organize the office and maintain supplies
- Draft documents and send routine emails for the firm
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate property showings
- Interact with clients, vendors, and contractors
- Perform data entry and maintain property information spreadsheets
- Assist during auctions (responsibilities vary based on auction)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
