Responsibilities
- Handle closings from start to finish, with experienced attorneys available to give direction and guidance.
- Manage multiple closing files, including skills at prioritizing matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other law firms, via phone and email.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a residential real estate paralegal.
- Familiarity with common title insurance, and law practice management, and real estate software, LEAP.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
