Why This Role Matters
Many of our prospects are entrepreneurs looking to build something bigger than themselves. Some are launching their first recovery home. Others are scaling and need support. As our Real Estate Platform Sales & Development Coach, you will serve as a trusted point of contact, guiding them through our offerings and helping them chart a path toward success.
This is a consultative sales role focused on relationship-building and long-term value. You’ll play a direct part in expanding access to safe, supportive housing—while helping our clients build profitable businesses that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Warm Leads
Reach out to prospective clients who have inquired about our services.
- Qualify and Consult
Understand their goals, challenges, and needs. Present the programs and partnerships that best align with their vision.
- Guide the Journey
Build trust and provide ongoing guidance as they evaluate our platform and make enrollment decisions.
- Drive Enrollment
Convert qualified prospects into active clients, enrolling them in our courses, coaching programs, or chartered operator partnership.
- Support Onboarding
Work closely with our coaching and operations team to ensure a seamless handoff and strong client start.
- Manage Your Pipeline
Keep accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and track your activity and results.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or fundraising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly and guide prospects through a high-consideration purchase
- Highly organized, with experience managing a multi-touch sales process
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based tools
- Familiarity with real estate investment, franchise sales, property management, or addiction recovery is a strong advantage

A dedicated VA will assist with scheduling, CRM upkeep, and routine follow-up tasks—allowing you to focus on high-impact conversations and closing deals.
Compensation and Career Growth
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000+ annually
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Commission: Performance-based incentives with clear earning potential
