We are looking to add a Transaction Coordinator to our team who will assist with the day to day transactional details for our real estate business. This role will require being a VERY organized team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment. Residential real estate experience required.
This is not a remote position. Must have reliable transportation.
Job Description:
-Coordinate all aspects of seller & buyer transactions from opening escrow to close of escrow
-Communicate and coordinate with title/escrow companies, inspectors, appraisers, agents, and vendors throughout transactions
-Obtain all signatures on offers, counter offers, addendums, etc. as needed
-Assist in coordinating all repairs and following up on work to ensure it was completed
-Provide regular updates to all parties involved in transactions
-Maintain compliance with brokerage and MLS
-Schedule all appointments as they relate to the transaction
-Maintain an organized database
