JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a friendly, warm and welcoming receptionist and administrative assistant to join our firm. You will greet clients and visitors when they call or arrive at the office, as well as assist the Office Manager in general office administration tasks. Other job responsibilities include directing calls, making copies, assisting in organizing case files, and office opening/closing procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Positive, outgoing attitude that works well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
DETAILS:
- 8am- 5pm, half day Fridays (7:30am - 1:30pm)
