We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Assistant Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will possess a background in the beauty or esthetic industries, coupled with proven sales experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, polished phone etiquette, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a proactive "go-getter" attitude. You should be charismatic, optimistic, and have a deep passion for wellness industry. You will be providing direct support to the CEO in daily operations. Must have at least 2 years of experience. Must know Square and Boulevard.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Greet/Attend to clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area for arrivals and departures of clients.
- Handle incoming calls, texts, email, social media, DMs, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing accurate information about our services and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organized appointments, rescheduling, client information, and sales transactions.
- Maintain efficient and effective notes and record keeping.
- Creating content and managing social media platforms.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our services and products and promote sales through effective communication and selling techniques.
- Utilize sales skills to actively promote our treatments and products, effectively closing sales and meeting revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with team members in various marketing efforts to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the spa.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in esthetics and skin care, and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
- Create a fun, positive work environment for self and others.
- Manage daily operations
- Provide direct support to CEO
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and communication style.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the beauty or esthetic industries.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to confidently upsell and close deals.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive client experiences.
- Experience in Social Media management and creation.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
- Excellent work ethic.
