We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate employee records.
- Conduct weekly inventory checks for office and kitchen supplies.
- Conduct Monthly inventory checks for PPE.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and prepare necessary documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area.
- Greet visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Print shipping labels and schedule pickups.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Pleasant and welcoming demeanor
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a construction or office setting is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
