Commercial HVAC Company is looking for an upbeat Receptionist with a smile-through-the-phone attitude. This position consists of being the first point of contact for all inbound callers and guests. We are searching for a receptionist who demonstrates their innate ability to foster and expand their relationships with key customers by providing the best possible customer service. This position is not remote and will involve 40 hours of work in our main office in Escondido.
Offered Wage: $20-25 per hour DOE
Receptionist Responsibilities
·Answer all calls in a timely and polite manner.
· Assist callers with queries or complete transfer to the appropriate department.
· Accept Credit/ Debit card payments by phone.
· General office work during downtime.
Receptionist Qualifications & Requirements:
· Proficient experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Etc.)
· Strong demonstrated commitment to customer service and customer engagement.
· Expert level knowledge of customer service.
· Familiarity with CRM platforms/ systems a plus.
· Desire for growth.
· Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to type at 75 WPM (words per minute)
