The Receptionist at the Muskingum Office is a fast-paced position that will provide front line support regarding various functions relating to client appointments & billing, clerical duties, phones, intake and other duties as assigned exhibiting excellent customer service skills in-person and on the phone.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Post high school education/training and office experience helpful.
- Must have knowledge of computers and office machines.
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Exercise judgment in performing duties that require comprehension of procedures.
- Responsible for safekeeping of company equipment and cash.
- Identify problem areas and report to supervisor.
