Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed, supporting overall team efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
