Front Office Receptionist/Bilingual (Spanish)

Pediatric practice is looking for a front desk receptionist. The ideal candidate must be punctual, have experience working in a medical office, a problem solver, able to multitask, have computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer multiple phone lines, take messages, check voice mail and make outgoing calls as needed
• Schedule appointments
• Take payments for office visit copays, deductibles and collect patient financial responsibility
• Greet patients
• Check patients in/out
• Answer patient questions
• Accurately create, update and maintain patient charts
• Verify insurance benefits
• General office duties such as scanning, copies and mail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
