Overview
We provide traditional Therapy, Neurofeedback and Forensic Psychology evaluations at our practice. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with clarity and efficiency.
- Manage scheduling and calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Verify Insurance for clients.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated records.
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, etc..
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong computer literacy with familiarity in data entry processes.
- Proven time management skills to ensure efficient workflow within the office environment.
