Job Title: Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist (On-site)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist with 3+ years of full cycle recruiting and onboarding experience. This role is key to identifying top talent, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting (60%)
- Manage the recruitment process for various roles across departments (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Leverage job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update the System with accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, including initial screens and scheduling with teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
- Provide regular hiring metrics and progress reports to leadership.
Onboarding (40%)
- Facilitate pre-employment background checks, document collection, and new hire paperwork.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and coordinate with IT, payroll, and department leads for setup.
- Work with HR Manager to continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting and onboarding.
- Degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with an HRIS platform (We use Paycom, but prior use is not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and onboarding activities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- General knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced work environments.
- Previous work in Durable Medical Equipment, or Manufacturing sector.

The salary range for this role is $20 - $25/hour, depending on experience.
