Duties:
- Conduct inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store layout
- Ensure products are properly labeled with pricing and promotional information
- Use point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within deadlines
- Ability to stock shelves and merchandise displays in an organized manner
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing customer transactions
- Basic knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and change
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
